Infyne

DocCentral

The one sign-in behind every Infyne tool.

Each tool runs on its own site with its own database. DocCentral holds the accounts, passwords, two-factor sign-in, and who can open which tool, so people have one account and administrators have one place to manage it.

Signing in

What happens when you open a tool

  1. The tool sends you to DocCentral

No tool ever sees your password. It asks DocCentral who you are.

  2. You sign in once

Email, password and your authenticator code. After that, other tools open without asking again.

  3. DocCentral checks your access

If you have View, Edit or Manage in that tool, you're in, with exactly that permission.

For administrators

One place to manage every account

  • Permissions per tool

Give people or roles View, Edit or Manage in each tool. Without a permission, a tool stays closed.

  • Access ends everywhere

Turning off an account, resetting a password or signing someone out everywhere closes their sessions in every tool within minutes.

  • Moving from older accounts

People from a tool's old user list are matched by email and linked, so nobody ends up with two accounts.

  • Desktop apps too

Windows versions sign in through the system browser and share the web tool's permissions.

  • Invitations and resets

Invite people by email, send reset links, and see whether each email was sent and its links clicked.

  • A record of every change

Every sign-in, refused attempt and access change goes into an audit log.
